Get to know us better
We started in August 2015, in Chios.
Our love for fine and quality food led us to create our restaurant. Always respecting the culinary art and the rich ingredients of our place, we created combinations that offer experiences and contributed to the gastronomic evolution of our island.
Following the evolution, we decided to invest in the events sector, creating customized menus and consolidating partnerships in order to achieve high quality events.
The Pastards Group collaborates with the distinguished executive chef Dimitris Makryniotis
We are pleased to announce that this year The Pastards Group is collaborating with the most creative pastry chef in Greece Dimitris Makriniotis for the creation of the menus in both the catering and the restaurant.
As part of the renewal and evolution of our dishes, we are collaborating with the popular executive chef to offer you unique culinary experiences based on Mediterranean cuisine. We have already, together with him, created the new menu for The Pastards Catering, which is based on simple and local flavours that excite.
D. Makryniotis studied at the most important schools in Athens and France and since 2015 he has been appearing in popular Greek TV shows. He is fascinated by the taste, aromas and textures of ingredients and draws inspiration from everything around him. He provides consulting and organizational services to restaurants, hotels and catering establishments, which include, among others, the creation of complete menus, the development of recipe lists and the supervision of the design of the preparation room, the selection of the appropriate equipment and the management of production costs.
